Hi! I’m Molly! I’m a trauma-informed therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the messy in-between seasons of being human. I deeply admire the courageous journey people take to heal from painful life experiences so they can live a more present, integrated, meaningful life.
My approach is integrative and tailored because there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. I’m a Licensed Professional Counsellor, a Certified EMDR Clinician, IFS-trained, and trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I blend evidence-based modalities with mindfulness, curiosity, and a deep respect for your innate resilience and inner wisdom.
I view symptoms not as pathology, but as intelligent strategies of survival and regulation, or parts of you that worked hard to protect you when life felt overwhelming. In therapy, we’ll work gently and collaboratively to understand your inner world, strengthen your internal resources, and build new skills so you can move forward with more clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
My professional background includes community mental health, crisis and disaster response, victim advocacy, and trauma-informed wellness work. These experiences have shaped a grounded, compassionate, and steady presence in the therapy room.
