Many New Zealand employers offer an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which provides free, confidential counselling sessions at no cost to you. Check with your employer or HR team to find out if you're covered.
EAP providers we work with
The number of sessions depends on each company's arrangements, but most provide at least three. Select your provider below to book a session.
Payment & Cancellations
We offer EFTPOS and on-the-spot payments are welcome.
Invoices can be issued after your session and paid via bank transfer, card, or direct debit (both on request).
If your sessions are funded through ACC or an EAP provider, they will be billed directly.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee

Our sessions range between $150 and $220 + GST, depending on the counsellor’s experience and the type of service.

Yes, we have an EFTPOS machine available, and on-the-spot payments are welcome.

If you haven’t paid in person, invoices are typically sent at the beginning of the week following your session.

Invoices are due within one week of the invoice date.

We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS payments and card or direct debit payments (both on request).

If your sessions are funded through ACC or an EAP provider, they will be billed directly and no payment is required from you.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may still be charged. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

If an invoice remains unpaid, future sessions may be paused until the account is up to date.
If payment is significantly overdue, the account may be referred to a debt collection agency.
