    Addictions Specialist

    Join us at The Therapy Project as an Addictions Specialist and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals navigating substance use and co-existing mental health challenges. You’ll work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team offering trauma-informed care, with full admin support and steady referrals. Ideal for clinicians passionate about harm reduction, recovery models, and deep therapeutic work.

    Eating Disorder Specialist

    We are seeking a dedicated Eating Disorder Specialist to support clients on their journey of healing from disordered eating and body image struggles. At The Therapy Project, you’ll be part of a collaborative clinical team with room to develop groups, education pathways, and somatic or integrative approaches. Ideal for clinicians passionate about compassionate, evidence-based ED care in a supportive environment.

    We’re looking for a compassionate Child & Family Counsellor to support tamariki, rangatahi, and whānau through life’s challenges. At The Therapy Project, you'll work within a collaborative team, offering play-based, trauma-informed, and systemic care in a nurturing environment. Perfect for clinicians passionate about early intervention, attachment, and strengthening family relationships.

    Mental Health Counsellor

    We’re looking for a compassionate Mental Health Counsellor to join our supportive, trauma-informed team in beautiful Queenstown. In this role, you’ll work with individuals (and couples if within scope), contribute to meaningful community wellbeing initiatives, and help shape mental-health programs across Aotearoa.
