Christina is a compassionate and highly skilled counsellor who brings a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach to her work with individuals, couples, and families. With over 2.5 years of clinical experience, she supports clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship difficulties, parenting stress, and major life transitions.

Christina has worked extensively within multidisciplinary and high-acuity environments, including community mental health and military family services. Her background includes comprehensive psychosocial assessments, risk and safety planning, crisis intervention, and group facilitation. She is particularly passionate about supporting families, strengthening parent–child attachment, and helping clients build healthier communication patterns and coping strategies.

Her therapeutic style is person-centred, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Christina creates a supportive, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change at their own pace.

Christina is currently completing a PhD in Counselling Education and Supervision and is committed to ongoing professional development. She brings a calm, thoughtful presence to her work and values collaboration, ethical practice, and supporting clients to reconnect with their strengths.

Christina works with adults, couples, families, and young people, and welcomes clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
