Affordable Therapy in Queenstown & Christchurch: First 3 Sessions at $110+GST

We know that reaching out for support is a big step — and lately, we've heard from many of you that cost is one of the things standing in the way. With the cost of living putting pressure on so many households across Queenstown and Christchurch right now, we've been thinking about how we can make therapy more affordable, even a little.

So for a limited time, new clients can access their first three counselling sessions for $110+GST each — a chance to get started, settle in with a therapist, and see what the process feels like, without the full cost upfront.

Book your first session by 31 August to lock in this rate.

Flexible payment plans for therapy in NZ

Cost-of-living pressures are real, and we don't think financial hardship should be the reason someone goes without support. Alongside this offer, we're also introducing flexible payment options for therapy — including AfterPay, Klarna, and Gem — so you can spread the cost of your sessions over time in a way that works for your budget.

Check if you have EAP or insurance access to counselling

Before booking, it's also worth checking whether you have other ways to reduce the cost of therapy:

  • Health insurance — many policies include a mental health or counselling benefit. A quick call to your provider can tell you what's covered and how to claim.

  • EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) — many Queenstown and Christchurch workplaces offer EAP counselling, which may cover a number of free or subsidised sessions. Check with your HR team or manager.

Between these options and our new client rate, we want to make it as easy as possible to take that first step toward affordable therapy.
